En raison de la nature de notre travail, il arrive que nous soyons absents du bureau pendant plusieurs semaines. Les réponses pourraient ne pas être aussi rapides que d'habitude. Nous vous enverrons un e-mail de confirmation/facture qui confirmera votre place à la date d'événement souhaitée. Conformément aux termes et conditions sur notre site web, les factures sont payables dès réception. Le paiement de la facture confirm votre place. We are looking forward to meeting you. We wanted to give you an idea of how the weekend will go.
A reminder on accommodations for those from out of town, if your plan is camping please make sure to reserve a spot we never know and the same for the Hotels/Motels in the area. You can search for motels in the area.

Camping is available on site. It is 25$ (E-transfers or cash) per night, tente or RV (no hookups) . Showers on site. Bring your own drinking water if camping.

Our training classes will START at 9 am sharp, please show up a minimum of 45 mins to 1hr before so we can take care of administrative formalities and we can all relax before class. Days end around 3-3:30pm. Sunday we start at 8am and finish around 2:30-3pm.
Riders must provide their own lunches and drinks. We will provide a water cooler for refills and fruit and snacks. (Bring your own bottle or water bladder.)
Bike:
More than likely you will tip your bike over. We suggest that you take off any potential items in the way if your bike goes down. Panniers, windscreen, turn signal (zip tie turn signals we can help, arrive early )…….. it all depends on the model or brand of bike, some are more vulnerable than others, we leave it to your discretion. The lighter the bike the better. Make sure your bike is mechanically sound, the brakes, clutch, foot brake, and gear lever works properly. Out of respect to other riders, we do not do mechanical work. Bring your personal on-trail tools to adjust your handlebars, levers, and such. It is part of our program to set proper riding positions. We want you to use your trail tools so in the event of a future trail fix you are familiar with your set.
Gear:
Dress accordingly for weather i.e. rain gear, we never know. ALL riders are required to wear at all times your riding jacket, riding pants, boots, gloves, and helmet. Street riding boots are not recommended. If you have dirt bike gear protection, it works.
IMPORTANT Medical needs:
At registration you will be required to provide 2 emergency contacts, phone numbers. Please provide us with any medical condition in advance BY EMAIL and advise us if you take medication (specify please) in case of an emergency.
**You will be asked to fill out a waiver to attend the program.

Notre formation débute à 9 am précisément, veillez vous présenter pour la première journée au minimum 30-45 min à l'avance pour relaxer, remplir les formulaires et préparer votre moto.
Consignes moto:
Il est plus que probable que vous allez échapper votre moto durant le weekend. Alors nous vous suggérons d'enlever les accessoires qui risquent d'être endommagés: Miroirs, paniers, pare-brise, clignotants… Si vous avez besoin d'aide, arrivez plus tôt. Vous n'êtes pas obligé, c'est à votre discrétion. Assurez-vous que votre monture soit en ordre et que les freins 2x et l'embrayage fonctionnent bien. Par respect pour les autres pilotes nous ne faisons pas de mécanique sur place, avant ou après la formation seulement. Apportez vos propres outils de voyage afin de vous familiariser avec votre trousse de réparation. Durant la formation nous parlons et faisons l'ajustement des leviers et pédales , ceci est inclus dans la formation. S' il y a lieu, les boîtes rigides fixées sur la queue de la moto, elles doivent être enlevées.
Lunch:
Les deux repas du midi sont maintenant inclus dans le forfait. Comme d'habitude nous fournissons des citernes pour le ravitaillement en eau. Nous prenons 1 heure de pause pour le dîner.

Protection:
Soyez prévoyant, Dame nature peut nous jouer des tours. Imper et sous couche chaud / froid. Les bottes de motos, veste et pantalon avec protection et lunettes de conduite ( ou visière) sont obligatoires.
Vous devrez porter votre équipement tout au long du weekend quand vous serez à bord de votre moto ceci est sans exception. Si possible, apportez un contenant pour l'eau. Nous aurons une citerne avec de l'eau pour vous ravitailler.
IMPORTANT: Si vous avez des problèmes médicaux que nous devrions être au courant si urgence il y avait SVP nous envoyer un courriel avec les explications. Ceci restera confidentiel et nous le rappeller une fois sur le site le samedi matin.

Motorcycle lockers: It is more than likely that you will drop your motorcycle over the weekend. So we suggest that you remove the accessories that may be damaged: Mirrors, baskets, windshields, indicators... If you need help, arrive sooner. You don't have to, it's at your discretion. Make sure your bike is in order and the brakes and clutch are working well.
Out of respect for other riders we do not do mechanical work on site, before or after training only. Bring your own trail tools to familiarize yourself with your repair kit. During the training we talk and adjust the levers and pedals, this is included in the training. If there are any hard top boxes attached to the tail of the motorcycle, they must be removed.
Lunch:
Both lunches are now included in the package. As usual we provide cisterns for water supply. We take a 1 hour break for lunch.

Plan ahead, Mother Nature can play tricks on us. Raincoat and hot/cold undercoat. Motorcycle boots, jacket and trousers with protection and glasses, goggles (or visor) are compulsory. You will have to wear your equipment throughout the weekend when you are on board your motorcycle, this is without exception. If possible, bring a container for water. We will have water onsite to supply you.
IMPORTANT:
If you have any medical issues that we should be aware of in an emergency please email us with explanations. This will remain confidential and remind us once on site on Saturday morning. Details on our Saturday evening gathering will follow. ;-)
